2.Terms of Service

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in conduct harmful to the platform or other users, or fail to make required payments.

Refunds for Online Courses

Full Refund: Eligible for a full refund if requested within 24 hours of purchase, provided that less than 10% of the course content has been accessed.

Partial Refund: A 50% refund is available up to 7 days from the date of purchase if the course progress remains under 10%.

Non-Refundable: Courses with a progress rate of 10% or more are not eligible for any refund.

Refunds for Digital Products

Non-Refundable: Due to their immediate, downloadable nature, all digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased.

User License: Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content solely for personal learning purposes.
